Pamela J. Hutul concentrates her practice in family law matters, including the investigation, division/allocation, and trial of sophisticated financial estates and the negotiation and litigation of disputed custody issues. She is highly regarded for her tenacity and is well known for her creative use of legal tools to discover well concealed assets. Being conversant with child related issues and their effect on the psychology of children, Ms. Hutul is consulted by psychological experts and, in turn, confers with them when appropriate to protect the best interests of the family. She is committed and oriented to finding resolutions to family disputes, believing that the family is best served by respect and cooperation.
