Lyle S. Genin is the Managing Partner of the firm and focuses his practice on business law, employment law, real estate and estate administration matters. He serves as outside counsel to a number of businesses and organizations, including the Illinois State Medical Society and ISMIE Mutual Insurance Co. Mr. Genin has received an AV rating under the Martindale-Hubbell ® Lawyer Rating System, indicating that he “has reached the height of professional excellence” and “is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.” In addition, Mr. Genin was named as a 2005 Illinois Super Lawyer in the general business area in the May 2005 issue of Chicago Magazine. Illinois Super Lawyers were selected by their peers and are “considered among the best in their profession” and “represent the top 5% of the practicing attorneys in Illinois.”
