John M. D’Arco has substantial experience representing a wide array of clients in complex family law matters.  Often retained for some of the most challenging litigation facing clients in custody and financial disputes, he has been involved in every type of family law matter.

Mr. D’Arco concentrates his practice on dissolution of marriage, legal separation, negotiating and drafting pre-marital and post-nuptial agreements, judgment enforcement, custody and support actions, domestic violence, adoption, parentage actions, annulment, consulting and counseling.

Having started his career as a Cook County Public Defender in the Criminal Division, he tried over 500 felony criminal cases.  Mr. D’Arco has brought his extensive trial and court room experience to the area of family law which has earned him the respect of family law judges and peers throughout the State of Illinois.
